Campcraft Director – 5-7 week position for the summer of 2012 at a residential Boy Scout camp. Campcraft Director is responsible for overseeing a staff of two and an area which teaches outdoor skills including camping, hiking, orienteering, wilderness survival and pioneering. Director will instruct classes as well as supervise the instruction and curriculum of the staff. Candidate should have a strong background in outdoor skills. Experience working with youth a plus. Salary is $200-$250/week plus room and board.

Fitness Director – 5-7 week position for the summer of 2012 at a residential Boy Scout camp. Fitness Director teaches classes in personal fitness as well as climbing. Director also usually runs the COPE course, a system of initiative games and challenges designed to teach teamwork and problem solving. Candidate should be outgoing and enthusiastic and have a background in athletics. Salary is $200-$250/week plus room and board.

Dishroom Manager – 7 week position for the summer of 2012 at a residential Boy Scout camp. Dishroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the clean-up, storage and care of cooking and eating equipment in a dining hall serving three meals a day to between 200 and 250 people. May also assist cook in preparation of meals. Candidate must be able to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment. A background in food service preferred. Salary is $200-$300/week DOE plus room and board.

Waterfront Director – 5-7 week position for the summer of 2012 at a residential Boy Scout camp. Waterfront Director oversees a staff of 4 to 7 at a busy lakefront offering swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, rowing and lifesaving classes.  Director will teach classes and be responsible for the overall operation of the waterfront.  Will also be responsible for the care and storage of equipment.  Candidate should have a strong background and skills in water related activities. Salary is approximately $250/week plus room and board.
