Reservation Schedule
Troop reservations are due in the Council Service Center by November, and must be accompanied by a $50 deposit. The due date is November 10, 2012.
Individual scout reservation from troops are due in the Council Service Center by March 10, 2013, and must be accompanied by a $50/scout deposit.
The $50.00 deposit is refundable upon written request, before February 1, 2013. You can still decide to attend camp after March 10th, just send in your reservation fee, through your troop leader.
Balance of fees due by June 10, 2013
The ideal way to attend camp is with your own troop. If, for some reason, you cannot come to camp with your troop, your best choice is to come with another troop from your area or with a troop where you have some friends. Talk to your scoutmaster to help you make these special arrangements.
Fees
Fees are paid at the Service Center, or by mail, and should be made as far as possible in advance to ensure your reservation will be honored. Following are the 2012 summer rates, be sure to refer to your camp brochure or contact the Service Center if you have any questions.
2013 Camp Rates
- All Units $265 - (if paid after June 10th $275)
- Provisional $295 (or $255 if second week)
Summer Camp Dates for 2013
- 1st Week: June 30 - July 6
- 2nd Week: July 7 - July 13
- 3rd Week: July 14 - July 20
- 4th Week: July 21 - July 27
